Shopping trips shouldn't really be filled with much excitement, unless you're a big foodie, of course, and you're saving money with a little hack. Now one woman couldn't believe her eyes when she was browsing the fruit and vegetable aisle.
There's not much to expect in that area of the store, apart from some (at least you'd hope), fresh food. But the shopper was rummaging through the bits until a dog started barking. Now we know what you're thinking – that dog bark you hear is just of an animal who is somewhere in the store. But no you're wrong.
The dog was, in fact, hiding away in the fruit and vegetables as the woman was trying to pick her item for the basket.

And sure, you hear a pup in the produce, you're bound to scope out what's happening, which is what other shoppers did.
A video shared on Reddit in the r/funnyanimals forum shows the moment it all kicked off. Seconds into the clip, the person filming zooms in to show the dog who looks a little bit distressed as to how they got there in the first place.
The woman seems rather confused as she tries to pull the animal towards her to set it free.
Then she finally manages to get the fluff ball out of the vegetables as people stand and watch the process.
The caption read: "When you're looking for a cabbage, but find a dog."
Since it was shared four days ago, it garnered 2,300 upvotes and hundreds of comments.
One said: "It's a Collie-flower." While another added: "This is why we don't let animals into grocery stores."
A third fumed: "Reminder to wash your produce." And a fourth chimed in: "The dog looks just as confused about how he got there."
While there's no evidence to show whether this happened in a store in the UK, US or somewhere in Europe, it still attracted conversation as to how the dog got there in the first place.
Other Reddit users also called out for an update, hoping the dog found its owner.
Meanwhile one person blasted: "More shame on the owner who not only brought a dog into a grocery store, but also didn't leash them, poor thing is scared not having fun."
